Forum Additions

I added sub forums to the GBARC forum to cover events like the QSO party or world amateur radio day. Now members can make post there to plan the vent ... and for the webpage I will just link to that forum page... if you have an idea for additional forums let me know

Hey Tom, can you add a sub-forum anywhere that you seems appropriate for just "Random" messages?  Something simple for anyone to post anything.

I have to admit, I'm a bit hesitant to do that.... it seems like I'll end up moving posts around to existing topics. We already have lots of topics but maybe they are not as easy to find as they could be......  if its a chat facility I think I can add that, then you can chat back and forth with anyone logged in...  maybe if you could send a few more details please ,  sometimes it helps to provide a topic name and usage,       if you see the forums listed on the first page, you will see that each forum has a name and intended use or contents.... so send that as well as the best place to put the topic ie: on the main page or as a sub forum in the GBARC forum...that kind of thing...73
