The data you enter into signup forms or online forms used to vote or state your preferences are used only as a record of your participation or to contact you. Your details are not published online anywhere other than information that may be in the public domain and may be only shared with members of the club executive committee.

New members will be automatically subscribed to receive newsletter and mailings as published by the club. This could be by electronic means or by postal mail.

During club events and meetings, photographs may be taken to record and document activities. Club members agree to their image being recorded for club use.
