Hi All,
I've been using an app called qFT8 when doing POTA with my 5w qmx+ which was the first radio it supported. I generally run it using an old but not too old Android phone from Motorola. I also had a 2016 Samsung Tablet kicking around and for the last couple of days I have been using qFT8 with it and my Icom 7300. Works really well and support for more radios has been added.
The developer of the software also created a new mode called LQ8.

I encourage you to give the software a try on your Android device. The developer from Spain posted that he is working on Windows, Linux, and Mac versions too and posted a screenshot of it today in Telegram.
