I decided to buy this little mini PC....and for the price I am very happy! $154 dollars.
You have to provide your own keyboard, mouse, and monitor(s) but I already had those.
The device screws onto the back of your monitor using the VESA mount that comes with it so there is no regular desktop footprint.

Here are the basic specs:
Mini PC, Beelink Mini S Intel 11th Gen 4-Cores N5095,
8GB DDR4 RAM 128GB SSD,
Dual HDMI 4K UHD/Gigabit Ethernet/Dual Wif/BT/VESA for Home/Office
It came with Windows 11 which I kept.
But I partitioned the hard drive and freed up some space to install Linux Mint 22.
So the machine is dual boot, you can choose which OS to boot from.
I exclusively use Linux but still have the ability to have Windows if needed. So far I have not needed it.
I really like the Dual HDMI 4K capability as I have two monitors hooked up to it.
If you want something with more RAM and a bigger hard drive, then you might want to get one of the other options slightly more expensive but still very reasonable.
