I made a wooden mic styled after a Kellogg candlestick mic. Walnut and Birch with a shellac finish and an electret cartridge. Anyone else making sawdust out there?

Very nicely done! Looks great. In the picture it looks like the finger pieces on your vibroplex bug are made from wood also?? Or just an illusion?

Thanks Dan. Yes the finger pieces are ones that I made from Osage Orange wood. I like the feel of them better than the original ones made from plastic.
